Oxypac Event Design

Oxypac needed more than a few graphics for an exhibition. They needed a complete exhibition stand that could bring the brand, products and sustainability story together in a physical space.

We designed the stand as one connected experience, working across the wall graphics, product displays, counter, messaging and overall visual layout. The result took Oxypac’s existing identity and pushed it into a larger, more immersive format that could hold its own in a busy exhibition environment.

The Challenge & Opportunity

Exhibition spaces have seconds to get attention.

For Oxypac, that meant creating a stand that could communicate the brand from across the room, then give people more to explore once they stepped closer.

Rather than treating each wall as a separate banner, we looked at the booth as a complete space. Product, messaging, imagery and physical displays all needed to work together.

The Solution

We developed a custom exhibition stand around the Oxypac brand, using its recognisable green palette, bold typography, oversized product imagery and real packaging as part of the experience.

The booth was structured to communicate different parts of the business without becoming crowded. Sustainability messaging, product categories, manufacturing capabilities and packaging displays each had their own place while still feeling like part of one system.

It was designed for the space, not adapted from a generic exhibition template.

From Screen to Booth

The full booth was mapped out before production so we could assess how the individual graphics would connect once installed.

This gave us a clearer view of sightlines, scale and how the stand would work from different parts of the exhibition floor before committing everything to print.

Some early drafts

A look behind the scenes

A lot of the work happened before anything reached the exhibition floor.

We produced layouts, prototypes and physical cut-outs to test how the real Oxypac packaging would interact with the printed graphics. Products were placed directly over print tests so we could check scale, spacing, visibility and positioning before the final artwork was approved.

That extra preparation helped us catch the small things early and make sure the finished stand worked in the real world, not just on a screen.

We tested the layouts with the actual Oxypac packaging placed over the artwork. It gave us a real-world sense of scale, spacing and how each product would sit against the graphics, so we could make the final adjustments before everything went to print.
We’re planning to stick the products directly onto the wall, so we filled the cups with expanding foam first.
Once the foam had fully set, the cups were ready to be cut in half, leaving a solid, flat backing that could be mounted securely to the wall. A small behind-the-scenes fix that meant the cups could be securely mounted to the exhibition wall.
IN USE. A glimpse of life after handover.

Once installed, the exhibition stand brought together the pieces we had been testing individually.

Large-format graphics, physical packaging, product messaging and branded surfaces worked as one environment, giving Oxypac a presence that felt considered, recognisable and built specifically for the event.

Not just signage on a wall. A proper brand space.
