Financial services websites tend to follow a formula. Stock imagery. Predictable layouts. Generic messaging. That was never going to suit Omura.
Their services are layered and complex, but the website needed to feel simple and easy to navigate. It also had to respect privacy and compliance considerations, which influenced how information could be structured and presented.
On top of that, the brand itself required a light touch refinement. The foundations were strong, but it needed tightening so it would translate confidently across a modern website.
With Omura, the goal was different. Make the website feel like them, and stand out from all the noise in the industry.
We spent time understanding how they work, how they speak to clients and how they want to be perceived. They are calm, measured and thoughtful. The website needed to carry that same tone.
Before jumping into design, we mapped out how someone would move through the website for the first time. What would they want to know? What might confuse them? Where should we slow things down? That thinking shaped the structure.
We also made subtle refinements to the existing logo. Nothing dramatic. Just careful adjustments to sharpen it and ensure it translates confidently online. From there, we carried the brand consistently across the website through considered typography, spacing and colour. It feels cohesive without trying too hard.
For messaging, we worked alongside Melotti Media, who led the brand strategy and content direction. Once the messaging framework was defined, we structured it across the website so it reads clearly and feels easy to follow. The priority was simple, everyday language that clients can actually understand.
The entire approach was about restraint and clarity. Do less, but do it properly.

The end result is a highly customised website built specifically around how Omura operates.
When someone lands on the website, it feels clear and structured. You are not hit with walls of information or complicated explanations. The navigation makes sense. The services are explained in a way that feels steady and considered. Nothing feels rushed or forced.
We paid close attention to how pages connect to each other. Each section leads naturally into the next, guiding visitors without over-directing them. The calls to action are there when needed, but they are not aggressive.
Behind the scenes, the website has been developed to be fast, flexible and easy for the team to manage. It is built to evolve as the business grows, without needing to be rebuilt every time something changes.
Because of the nature of the industry, we cannot share every detail of the thinking and structure involved. But the outcome is clear. A website that reflects the professionalism of the firm and supports it quietly in the background.
