It has been a pleasure of working with Alex and the team at Shtudio and I can say that they exceeded my expectations. The team was highly professional, responsive and attentive to our business requirements.
About Mun Global
Mun is a global leader in the supply of hand hygiene, PPE, and health and safety products. With a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand, Mun partners with some of the country’s largest hospitals and healthcare providers, while also expanding into industries such as aged care, life sciences, food, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Their sub-brands – GloveOn, PrimeOn, and EnvirOn – are trusted names in gloves, PPE, and sustainable products respectively.
As part of an international group, Mun is recognised for both its scale and its commitment to innovation, community initiatives, and sustainability.
We worked closely with Mun to refine their brand voice and visual identity across digital platforms:
- A fresh, professional look and feel that reflects Mun’s position as a trusted, international supplier.
- Messaging that highlights Mun’s expertise, commitment to community, and dedication to sustainability.
- Consistent brand storytelling across parent and sub-brands, ensuring each had its own space while strengthening the overarching Mun identity.
By 2023, Mun’s Australian website had become outdated and no longer supported their business objectives:
Poor Performance & User Experience Issues: Navigation was clunky, with customers struggling to find products or understand the breadth of Mun’s offerings.
Limited Branding Impact: The site did not showcase the Mun parent brand or its sub-brands effectively, missing opportunities to build trust and awareness.
No Ecommerce Functionality: Mun was unable to sell directly to customers, a key growth area for their business.
These challenges meant that Mun’s digital presence didn’t reflect their reputation as a global leader in PPE and hygiene solutions.
Shtudio partnered with Mun to rebuild their website with a strong focus on user experience and brand consistency. In the first stage, we addressed immediate challenges by restructuring the existing site to make it faster, simpler to navigate, and more product-centric. This allowed Mun to highlight key products and sub-brands such as GloveOn, PrimeOn, and EnvirOn, while also creating a stronger visual identity that better reflected their reputation as a trusted global supplier.
The second stage introduced a modern, mobile-first website designed around clean UX and UI principles. While a full ERP and ecommerce integration wasn’t part of the scope, we collaborated with a specialist partner to integrate Amazon as a sales channel, opening up a direct path to customers and distributors. Alongside this, we’ve provided ongoing support, from building campaign landing pages to rolling out new features, ensuring the site continues to evolve and support Mun’s marketing, growth, and industry leadership.
Project Complexity
The rebuild was a large-scale, complex project that required:
- Deep collaboration with Mun’s ANZ team to balance immediate needs with long-term vision.
- Custom ecommerce development with advanced filtering, cross-selling, and customer account capabilities.
- Careful change management to transition from an outdated site to a modern platform without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Our work with Mun didn’t end at launch. We continue to:
- Support their marketing campaigns, designing and building tailored landing pages.
- Provide ongoing website optimisation to improve performance and conversions.
- Assist with content strategy and updates to align with new product launches.
- Ensure the site evolves alongside Mun’s growth into new industries and product categories.
