Design and produce DL-sized promotional flyers for the Laing & Simmons Double Bay real estate team. These flyers are refreshed on a weekly basis to highlight newly listed properties for sale as well as recently sold homes, ensuring the team’s marketing remains timely and relevant. Responsibilities include layout design, content updates, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. This role also involves coordinating directly with local print vendors and distribution teams to manage production timelines, ensure quality control, and guarantee prompt delivery to the target areas.
