Kennedy’s Pharmacy originally came to us for something small — just a simple landing page to get them online. But as the business grew, so did the project. That one page soon evolved into a full eCommerce build with thousands of products, proper structure, and the kind of functionality their customers actually needed. Along the way, we refined their SEO, rebuilt their PPC (Google Ads), and made sure every part of the digital setup supported real, long-term growth.
Across the year, the results were clear: Traffic up. Purchasers up. Revenue — way up.

Kennedy’s Pharmacy has been a familiar name for everyday Aussies looking for trusted health and wellness essentials. Their team is passionate about helping people feel better, but their online presence wasn’t keeping up with how quickly the business was growing. They wanted a smoother shopping experience, better visibility and a digital setup that actually supported the way their customers browse and buy. That’s where we stepped in.
Before working with Shtudio, Kennedy’s Pharmacy had no website at all — just the idea of starting with a single landing page to establish an online presence. As their goals grew, so did the gaps in their setup.

We started by fixing the most important foundations of the eCommerce setup. Google Merchant was configured properly and supported by recurring technical tasks that automatically picked up and resolved errors. From the moment a customer entered the store to the moment they checked out, the experience was streamlined. Browsing became easier, product visibility improved and interruptions were removed from the buying journey. We also introduced abandoned-cart recovery and improved product structuring so search engines and shoppers both had a clearer understanding of the range.
For SEO, we took a proper look under the hood to see what was holding the site back. There were a few technical issues slowing things down and stopping Google from seeing the pages that actually mattered, so we fixed those first. Once the site was running smoothly, we refined the content to better match what real customers were searching for — not just what looked good on paper. Over the months that followed, we kept building strong backlinks and strengthening the site’s overall authority, which helped their keywords climb steadily and stay there.
We built their Google Ads setup from the ground up, starting with a clean, well structured foundation designed around how customers actually shop for pharmacy products. This meant clear targeting, tighter campaign structure and ads that made sense for the category from day one. From there, we focused on ongoing optimisation, refining spend, improving ad performance and keeping everything aligned with Google’s changing requirements. The result was a smarter, more efficient campaign setup that delivered strong revenue growth without unnecessary budget creep.
Results
Revenue ↑ 101%
Once everything was rebuilt, refined and finally working together, the growth started to roll in — and it didn’t stop. The online store saw revenue jump by 101%, backed by a healthy 16% increase in traffic. More people weren’t just browsing; they were actually buying. Total purchasers went up by 39%, items purchased climbed by 66%, and the average revenue per active user rose by an impressive 89%. In simple terms: people found what they wanted, and they checked out with confidence.
Organic performance followed the same upward trend. With the site running cleaner and stronger, keyword rankings steadily pushed into higher positions, including a 129% jump in top-three rankings. Organic traffic grew by 42% over the year, helped along by a 124% increase in quality backlinks that continued to build the site’s authority.
Transactions ↑ 189%
PPC delivered some of the standout results. After the rebuild, revenue from Google Ads surged by 244%, calls from ads more than doubled and total transactions jumped by 189%. Even better — the campaigns became more cost-efficient along the way, proving that smarter structure and continuous optimisation deliver far more value than simply increasing the ad spend.
