Client Overview
Art Hanging Systems work in a space where there’s very little room for error. Their products and installation services are used by galleries, museums, commercial spaces and private collectors who expect things to be done properly, first time. It’s technical, detail-driven work, and their reputation reflects that.
Offline, they were already well respected. Online, the picture was a bit less clear. The website and campaigns were doing “okay”, but they weren’t really showing the depth of expertise behind the brand — or consistently bringing in the kind of enquiries the business was built for.
